    David Gow

    David Gow is the Chairman of Multi-Sensor AI (ticker: MSAI), an entity that uses infrared cameras and other technologies to enhance reliability and performance in industrial settings. Mr. Gow was Chairman and founder of a SPAC that raised $117M in an IPO in October 2021 and merged with Infrared Cameras, Inc. in December 2023 to form MSAI, which is now publicly traded on NASDAQ. Mr. Gow also serves on the Board of Goose Capital, a Houston-based investment firm that invests in breakthrough technologies and innovative founders. In April, 2024 the Texas Venture fórum named Mr. Gow the Texas Investor of the Year, highlighting his successful SPAC merger and his role at Goose Capital. Mr. Gow is also the Chairman and founder of Gow Media, a large multi-platform media company, based in Houston – a portfolio of digital content sites includes Culturemap.com, Sportsmap.com, InnovationMap.com and EnergyCapitalHTX.com. Gow Media also owns a popular sports radio station in Houston, ESPN 97.5FM and SportsMap Radio, one of the country’s largest national sports radio networks. Prior to entering the media business, Mr. Gow was first CFO and ultimately the CEO of Ashford.com, a company that grew to over $50M in revenues. As CFO, he managed a successful IPO, raising over $75M with Goldman Sachs as the lead underwriter. As CEO, he grew a profitable corporate gifts business to complement the company's e-tailing business. Ashford.com was sold to GSI Commerce in 2002 and is still a leading online destination for watches. Prior to Ashford, Mr. Gow served as Director of Corporate Strategy at Compaq Computers. Among the projects he led, he managed the integration of two acquisitions, Digital and Tandem Computers, for all of Compaq North America. Prior to Compaq, Mr. Gow worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. While there, he consulted for companies in diverse industries, including technology, media, retail, and energy. Mr. Gow left the firm after attaining the position of Engagement Manager. Mr. Gow's educational background includes a master’s degree from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree from Williams College.

    Andy Martin currently serves as Managing Partner of Challenge Group International, LLC a financial & investment advisory firm specializing in energy, real estate, sports & media, renewables and green energy related industries. He recently acted as investment banker for Sportsmap Tech Acquisition, LLC the sponsor for SMAP a publicly traded SPAC who raised $115 million for prospective acquisitions in the sports tech world. He is also working with another SPAC raising $175 million in the logistics & technology sectors raising $7.5 million of risk capital and consulting on issues including financial & brokerage matters. He is also Chairman of Enverde Ventures, LLC a private equity group of investors investing in risk capital and related opportunities and is one of the primary risk capital participants in CO2ET as well. Mr. Martin has served in multiple companies over the last 40 years as a founder, board member, investor & as a management team member. He has an extensive list of former companies covering a multitude of different industries- Advertising & Media, Investment Brokerage, Real Estate Finance & Development, Energy & Green Waste along with several investment advisory & brokerage companies. He was formerly licensed as FINRA broker Dealer & currently a Texas Real Estate Brokerage company.
